pings.io provides automation tools that help you execute tasks across third-party platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, email services, cloud storage, financial tools).

You decide:

• Which services to connect
• Which permissions (OAuth scopes) to grant
• Which workflows to activate
• What data is processed

The Service performs only the tasks you explicitly configure.

2. Eligibility & Lawful Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Maintain control over your account credentials
• Connect only accounts and services you are authorized to use
• Comply with the terms of any third-party services you connect

You may not use the Service to automate illegal, abusive, or malicious activities.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Authorization

The Service may require access to external platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Qonto).

Access is always:

• Initiated by you
• Granted via OAuth
• Limited to the scopes you approve

We cannot access third-party data unless you explicitly authorize it.

You may revoke access at any time:

• From your third-party account settings (e.g., Google permissions page)
• By disconnecting the integration in your pings.io account

We are not responsible for:

• Service interruptions from third-party platforms
• API changes or revoked permissions
• Data loss or failures caused by those platforms

4. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to operate:

• Your account (email, login details, configuration settings)
• The workflows you configure
• The third-party data you explicitly authorize

We do not access data you have not approved.

5. Purpose of Data Processing

We use your data solely to:

• Execute the workflows you configure
• Maintain account functionality (login, settings, system integrity)
• Provide technical support

We do not:

• Sell your data
• Share your data for advertising
• Use your data for profiling

6. Data Retention

We store only what is necessary for your workflows to operate and for account management.

Data is retained as long as your account is active, or as long as needed for the workflow to function. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these terms
• You automate illegal or harmful activities
• Required third-party authorizations are revoked
• System misuse or abuse is detected

You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted operation
• Compatibility with all third-party services
• Error-free execution of misconfigured workflows

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect user configuration or failures caused by third-party platforms.

9. Your Rights

You may:

• Request access to your stored data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw third-party authorizations
• Close your account

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
